Battery-Powered Rebar & Threaded Rod Flush Cutters

Specially designed carbide-tipped cuttings discs help reduce noise, vibration and sparking. Cutting discs are fully enclosed to enhance safety and to channel the few sparks that are produced.

Ogura Flush Cutters allow up to 25mm rebar to be cut with the HSC-25BL and up to 38mm rebar to be cut with the HSC-38BL, whilst maintaining the profile to allow nuts and couplings to be attached without re-work or thread cleaning.

A specially designed jaw ensures minimum movement of the profile whilst cutting - up to 3000 cuts per disc

These versatile mechanic cutters maintain thread profile in rebar and stud and allow rebar to be flush cut to surface, with only 2-3 mm showing and no burrs. Once cut, nuts and couplings can be attached without rework or thread cleaning.

Specially designed carbide-tipped cutting discs reduce noise, vibration and sparking. The Flush Cutters use the latest Makita brushless motor technology and Makita 18v Li-ion batteries, providing up to 245 cuts per charge on 12mm rebar. Ergonomic and light weight, the 25 mm Ogura Flush Cutter HSC-25BL weighs only 4 kg.
